Printing a sky - What would you do?

If you find your weather is depressing, live in Rochester New York for a while and then everything will feel better when you get home again. Do you know why George Eastman chose to establish Eastman Kodak in Rochester New York? Because it is the world's largest natural darkroom. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bronica ETR 250mm vs 100-220mm for landscape photography

The 250mm will give you the longest reach while the short zoom lenses will allow you to crop with the viewfinder. The choice is up to you, but for myself I prefer to crop before I take the photograph. Consider buying both and promise to keep the expenses down for a few months after the...

CALM - Cameras and Lenses Matter

The OP has been using the Hasselblad about ten years more than I. I have extended my range to cover the 30mm Fisheye, the 38mm SWC, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 250mm and the 500mm which is also used with the 2XE. Like the OP, I find the 35mm format not as convenient for forming a composition as...

Not warming up to the SP45

I prefer the Jobo 3010 Expert Drum [up to 10 sheets], which is pricey but well worth the expense over the time one will be using it. I bought one from FreeStyle, a Photrio sponsor, several years ago.

    Sacramento valley

    Kodak Photo Flo

Usually LFN works, try a bit stronger or weaker to see if that helps. @MattKing recommends trying Isopropyl alchol. After that consider using PhotoFlo. Your local water is the driver on this and what works in other areas will not be the same for you.

I suspect that there is a problem not with you but with the focusing screen. I suggest you get that checked out. If you are in British Columbia you might want to talk to @MattKing about who could do that for you.

    CBC news on film's revival.

Stop bath with indicator and PhotoFlow are very inexpensive. Most developer are inexpensive as long as they do not have glycol. Film is more expensive and the price is increasing because of worldwide inflation brought on as a fallout from the COVID pandemic.
