You should be able to get it from PhotoImpex. It does need a special first developer (to tame the contrast) but it ought to be possible to shoot it at EI 64 or EI 80 in a reversal process.
Maybe it's unique to US market or something along these lines?
But yesterday I put some Adox HR-50 through my Olympus OM-1n
I now have a 28mm lens in EX condition for about 1/5th the normal price.
The key to Ortho Tri-X film, if you have some, is don't handle it under a safelight. It's actually lying. While it's not panchromatic, it still fogs under a red safelight.
