I mailed all my cards today.

First time participant in the exchange.

I have not been that active shooting or in the darkroom for years. Hope to get and stay active.

I received FM2N's card today. Fantastic photo!

Got a beautiful Wonder Wheel post card FM2N, Arthur I believe. One of the best Color Pinhole photographs I have seen in a while, it says Polaroid Pola not sure if its a Polaroid print from neg
or original Polaroid print or what, but sure is nice.

from Steelbar have his Powerhouse Generator, like the concentric arc's in the composition, wonder how old that machinery is.

Print is a scan of a positive Polaroid photo. I used the older 4x5 Polaroid film that you can no longer get. I think it was called Polaroid 59 loaded into my home built 4x5 pinhole camera. I am so glad that you like it. I use the image onto business card. I am away on vacation and looking forward to seeing what's in the mail next week.

Hi Arthur,
I received your card as well today. This is an image that makes a real impression. I love this image!
This is certainly an image fit for business cards.

And it's a pinhole image and in color too! My favorite style.
So thank you for this beautiful card.

I received a beautiful B&W card from Tony (ajmiller) titled: "The Joke Shop".
Its a well composed and well printed image, made with a 4x5 camera.
The front of the store: it makes you already smile when looking at it, in all its simplicity.
The way it is printed makes it look like an image from the 60's or 70's to me.
Very well done and thank you for a beautiful card!

I have recieved two card thus far.

The card from FM2N is a beautiful Polaroid. I really like the intense color and compositional element you have used. How did you get around the color shift that plagued Type 59 with long exposures? Thanks for a wonderful visual treat.

The card from steelbar is a good example of how repeating patterns can focus the viewer on another section of the print. Well done.

Regards,
Darwin

Darwin, as far as color shift I did not notice any. The exposure on a sunny day was probably no longer then 2-3 seconds.

I received a card today from Bert (TheToadMen).
A wonderful view of the castle in Disneyland, Paris. The contrast between the people and the castle (and clouds) gives it quite a surreal feel.
Nicely done Bert, thank-you.

And at least two of them will be shot on Mamiya 645 equipment.

Printed my cards yesterday and the neg I selected came from... a Mamiya 645

However, I'm only in for 15 cards so not everyone will get it.

I received a post card today from Hawkeye, my fourth in this PCX. A fine image of an abandoned 1949 Buick, shot with a Rolleiflex and very well printed on Ilford Post Card paper.
Thanks!

First two are in

Just received my first two cards!

First up was a very pleasing architectural photograph of St. Canute's Cathedral in Denmark by TheToadMen. The lighting really made this one work, not only for bringing out physical detail, but also for the very subtle color tones. Nicely done.

I found Hawkeye's Buick Eight to be nicely balanced, both in content and tone. The tonality, especially, intrigued me because I've not been able to get that out of HP5 – definitely a new perspective on that film for me.

My cards went out yesterday, so hopefully they'll start to show up soon.

I just wrote my last 3 post cards.
Along with the other 13 cards I posted earlier today, I have now sent 40 cards all over the world.
This is fun to do!!
I hope everyone enjoys his card.

The first cards have arrived.

First to arrive was the card from my fellow countryman TheToadMen. If I look at it too long while standing, I have a feeling I'm going to fall over backwards. Nice view, nice photo, almost but not quite monochrome.
Second card is from Hawkeye, a beautiful photo of a 1949 Buick in perfect condition. Well, the photo, that is. I'm sure the Buick has seen better days.

A good start of round 33, thank you!

First card today, thanks Hawkeye. Great B&W print, I bet that would also print nicely as a large print.
