Assuming that the new product isn't just more re-badged film from the Innoviscoat source.
And no, I don't have any reliable information concerning this.

Yeah. If P30 / P33 turn out to be rebadged Orwo, I will basically give up on Ferrania. I doubt that it would be though. What would be the point? You don't need to buy a troubled company on the other side of the continent to rebadge an existing product.

Ferrania were working to build film confectioning/finishing capacity - something that Harman, for one, makes a meaningful part of their income from.

And something that Orwo had to outsource all the way to China. In that regard the common ownership could be very beneficial for both the company and the consumers.
