Are Ferrania proceeding because of Seal's involvement, or despite it?

On July 12th there was an inauguration of the Monument “Ferrania P30” in Cairo Montenotte (hometown of Ferrania).

I hope it's only a representation of the monument : they used a 5 for the S of ASA
