Incredibile detail and gradation in the falls, especially at the top..... remarkable, indeed. I shall break out the stash of Acros and try it again. Forget the off axis crowd.... it is fine the way it is... beautiful.
The Chapel of Ease ruins on St. Helena's Island near beaufort, SC. Called The Chapel of Ease because it was close to the plantations so the workers could get to and from church services quickly and return to work without losing much time. Burned in a forest fire in the late 1800's.
Film spacing starts out at about 1/8" and reduces to 0" on the 12th exposure. Trying to get another back from H. Chamberlain to compare. And I will get a CLA on this back once I have another to keep shooting with. The negs are super sharp and crisp. No problemo there and otherwise works fine and...
The Old Sheldon Church near Beaufort, SC. Built in the 1700's by setlers and burned by the British in the Revolutionaary War. rebuilt in the 1800's and again buirned by the Yankees, under Gen. Sherman in the 1860's. Now, unable to support a roof, it remains a wonderful place for solace, quiet...
Even though very late, this is a very superb shot. I just landed an SL 66 and hope to do such whacky work with it. Very nice and inspiring work.

Recently picked up a back-up GX 680 body with an AC power supply. What I really need is the AA battery power pack. Have had no luck trying to scratch one up. Seems it should not be too hard, but no luck yet. Any one got one or any ideas about who or where to go to get one? Appreciate any ideas...
Other than, "Do it!" I would use 1:75 for 40 min @ 75 deg with one inversion at start and another @ 20 min. The results will astonish you. I use the same dilution and time for nearly all films with superb results.

Best outfit around, to be sure... their ratings are also always one grade low.... a BGN is an EX and so on.... I just got an INOP that some how got well in the UPS truck.... works for me...
Yeah, 14 Rolleis.... collections get like that.. more and more... all the old ones, too.. the Old Standard is a special prize, if you find a good one....

I use both... I have 14 Rolleiflex-es... a collection of work horse guys that all are users and 5 Bronica SLRs.... the SQA is a good call, if lens inter changability is in the equation. Still, my favorite is the Rollei 2.8 A or the Rollei T... both under $300 from KEH.... Also the SQA can be had...
Easily one of the very best I have seen here. Superb work. I am still a bit puzzled by why this rush to "lith" print every thing. Why not sepia tone instead. But, however you did this, it is a very fine image and worthy of great praise. Best congratulations. Keep up the good work.

Better yet develop the negs in Ilford DDX.... expensive, but the results will dazzle you... really follow the directions, of course.... B&H or Adorama has the stuff...

Both a friend and I are owners of the Old Standard Rollei, probably K2's. The line up hole on the back does not line up well with any type of modern 120 film. Does any one have any tricks about how to line up the film to get 12 nice exposures on the film? We've tried all sorts of guesses...
Took it to the shop and even the very small girl there was able to get the lens off and now even I can do it.. perhaps my arthritis is worse than I thought.... may get a small strap wrench from Porters.... thanks for all the answers....

Thanks for the quick replies.... the lens iris leaves are open, seeming to suggest the lens is cocked. The bright red light over the viewing screen comes on if the shutter button is pressed. removing the back does not allow me to see past the main mirror/buffer thingy..... guess we will off to...
I am the new owner of a Bronica SQaM which seems to have fallen quite in love with my 65mm lens. Nothing I do will persuade it to let me remove this lens. New batteries don't do the trick. Asking it to start up a new roll of film doesn't do it either. Is there some secret code ring or...
Does any one really know if Bronica Etrs lenses will fit and work on the Bronica SQa cameras and vice versa? Seems most likely not, but I have heard they will and do..... who's right here. Got both, but a little reluctant to try..... don't want to bollick up a electronic shutter or something...
Nothing but positive from me.... great lenses, backs and service from KEH..... camera is a horse.... heavy but a worker.....weathered through a trip to Maine in 2006 and did superior work....
