Good evening.
Is there anyone out there anymore that can cut large rolls (9 1/2" x 125') into smaller such as 4x5 and/or 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 ?
I know I would be asking too much if I asked if anyone can cut and sprocket onto 120 rolls....
Also, have any of you ever cut your 4x5 film down to a...
Please allow me to pass on a couple of Wedding Photographers websites. There are a great number of these guys that shoot 100 percent film as well and they speak of their clients specifically seeking them out for this reason. Other wedding photographers, such as Riccis, shoot a hybrid. Riccis is...
I'm surprised a bit. Perhaps his is the "Right" way and you've been pretty plain and "wrong" all these years. Art is VERY objective and you should be teaching him this. You asked.
It may of have been used. It shows no sign of use but I don't know this for sure.
Glass looks perfect, all the Aperture and shutter speed rings move perfectly.
I do not have a battery to check the meter as it uses an outdated battery but I have read there are other batterys' that work with...
I know the history behind this camera.
This is a never used before Minolta 16 MG S and being kept as a collector item.
This is the Chrome body NOT the black paint. It shows, looks, feels and acts as a brand new in the box camera. I've done a bit of homework on her and I've listed a...
I've made about 30 trips to Israel. First, it's one of my fav countries in the whole world. A loving people, stunning country, awesome food, GREAT diving, and again, just wonderful people.
It won't be the camera you have to worry about regarding security, gotta give them a bit more credit that...
LOL. I know and I'm getting a lot of different emails from folks telling me this as well.
She will be going to a good home where she will be used very well.
There just comes a point where I can't have anymore rare oldies like her anymore. These are meant to be used.
Have a great evening.

Oh, sorry, you can in fact get the negs from the Fuji product line, have you checked out the number of videos on youtube that show this, pretty easy but very, very fragile.
I'll tell you what, I have a couple of boxes of PolaPan 55 whereas I have the negs, and they are the most insane Negs I...
Hey H,
I'm not sure what you mean by "collecting" I have quite a wicked answer to the archival question/issue. I really dont care, I'll be dead.......
Ok, that only 1/2 true, I want prints to leave for my son and then his family, but I can't sweat every thing, this should be fun, If I was a HCB...
I find the viewfinder as clear and / or sized as any I've seen and or handled before. I had not a lick of trouble with her in any light. It' was clear that the finder framed the negative bang on.
This may be why it was such a desired camera for so long and now.
Is there any issue if I bring my 13 year old son (an amazing young gentleman) to the workshop?
If so, how would that work. I'd ask him to participate but he wouldn't take any resouces as a "whole person" would. :)
I'd really like to make this and I've been promisiing him Italy for quite awhile...
I know, it really really is.
But I really want to get simple now, not more then 3 cameras sets' and try to really focus on my own photography with these tools. But dang... somehow..........
Ok, shes gone to a very good home, thank you.
I guess, next would be the brand new in it's custom box Minolta - 16 MG S.
Na, I can't sell that it was a gift, I'm putting that into an auction for charity soon......
Thanks guys.
LOL, funny, your spell almost worked, I had begun to go downstairs to pack it.... powerful, but then thought about it. I'd rather keep her and not loose money.....:)
Yes, I ran a roll of APX25 thru here and bang on amazing results... I'd say better then most of my MF bodies. The DOF fall off...
Good morning.....
I was given a pretty decent Mamiya Six folder camera early this year. In Oct of this year I sent it into Zacks camera repair for a CLA and she came back really sweet, new shutter, all nice and clean inside, and frankly focusing is bang on nice.....
So, since I paid $115 for...
Oh, and frankly, I think it blows the heck outta the 1080p HD in the digi SLRs now..... :)
The big two mfrs, really counted on the DLSR Still and video for wedding sector to take off...... I wonder what they think of this..... I get a lil' giggle.....
I''m sure if it's me or not, but it is really recently that "Everything old is new again"
Now there is a huge fad going on, I'd call it a mad rush, for this equipment, as wedding photographers are now offering this as an elite hand made service, i.e.., shooting with a 8MM on their wedding. And...
Thanks guys, that'll get me going. And yes, I was speaking of 8mm Film cameras.... To me is almost all the same, just a different fps and method of viewing final frames.
Thanks again.
