Thanks Whitey, if anyone does have this camera I am very, very interested in the Trade possibility. Money is really tough right now, I'm going to be locally selling some cameras because they are too hard to hold lately and going forward going to get worse. This camera really does seem the best...
Hi there Whitey, Thanks for the note. I really don't care about the looks, I do care about the end product.
I have some amazing films, all frozen, in 35mm, 120 and sheet.
I have several polaroid 600 Cameras that are beginning in demand again since the Impossible Project. (I feel the film is...
If anyone has please advise. I am now having some problems holding my film cameras, this seems to be a good fit for me and what I enjoy.
Thank you kindly.
Tom
I had such hope for these guys, but don't feel comfortable paying $223 USD for a box of type of 55. I don't know what to make of this.

Curt, I feel strongly that no matter if Men went overseas to fight or stay in the US and gave up so much during these times that they are indeed,
"The Greatest Generation". Both Men and Women alike. How interesting that your memory is in B/W. Wow.
Resu, Does it not inspire you. I called my...
I thought that these would bring back a lot of memories for a lot of us.
As for I, I identify with the Doctor Pott story. A old town doctor that accepts only $3 per office visit, the patient waits their turn as they come in the door. For some, the doctor would only charge $0.50 because after...
During my recovery I am on "the web" too much. Better then staring at the ceiling I guess.
Along the way I found a Flickr site by a Gent that goes by the Name of Joey Harrison. Joey, while a pretty good photographer himself, has a Mom that was a very serious hobby Photographer in the 50's and...
Vinny, I thought we were stright before I went in for my surgery, please write me directly at the above email address so you can tell me. I do not check PM here in a long time.
Photobizzz, thank you much for your kind words, this is my second fusing, third operation. My first they went thru the...
Well, after my last spine surgery combined with progressive MS I am going to have to sell my minty Jobo-2300 Processor. This is really like new, being sold at a awesome price for a quick sale and comes with several Tanks and a couple dozens reels including a couple of 4x5 reels.
I simply won't...
I hope you enjoy. You may have seen the public eye but have you seen the "newer" video made with Master Printer Sid Kaplan talking about the Weegee?
"The Public Eye" with Weegee played by Joe Pesci. It's only on VHS and on demand here: http://www.amazon.com/The-Public-Eye/dp/B000I9TXTW...
I'm not here much but I'd like to offer the forum a "possible solution"
I commented on a very exact thread not too long ago, same vendor, different OP.
It was a nasty thead in whole.
I taught myself a very good lesson and that is that no matter what vendor, OP or the subject matter, it simply...
Most stores such as B&H do not give even a penny discount for a pro pack of five nor a "brick" of 10. I'm curious, what is it about the pro pack that you like. Just the 5 pack box?
For what it's worth, I'm going to be selling my MINT Jobo ATL-2300 soon here in NJ. Can't ship but its worth the drive. I'm not putting in classifieds just yet but felt this thread is ok because you seem to be in need and wanted to give you a heads up. I purchased this from a Police Lab in...
Works with the Imacon Scanner series and scans the Xpan Pano Negatives.
In Mint condition.
check is fine as I do not paypal at all anymore. (nor will I ever again)
$125 plus $7 shipping.
TomUSD
Price : 125.00
P.S.
DO NOT run any photo-flo thru and/or stabilizer the machine.
JOBO states not to run it thru the reels either however I do (when off of the machine, in the tank) but I rinse the reels right away so no build up forms.
This is not correct at all. You can use any fix you for B&W and for color you can use the Blix combo solution.
Here is a world of documentation for you to read:

I am super curious to see if they will be selling the products via retailers such as B&H etc... If they keep doing what they are doing now, I won't be able to afford anything they offer.
I know it's hard to say, but does anyone have any idea on this?
thx
I have two boxes both exp in 03. I've been selectively using one with zero problems with the film and the neg. These have been in the fridge since day one (Never frozen) but I cannot gty anything of course.
Price for the sealed box is $100 plus exact shipping to your location.
I don't do...
You don't mention if you understand about the negatives. This is why 55 was such a great instant film. Not for the positive.
Follow Shangheye's advice. Also, while not in video format, flickr has a great deal of discussion on their groups for 55 and/or polapan.
You'll find great threads (recent)...
