- Kodak Instamatic 714 w/ Ektar 38mm f/2.8
- Ektachrome E100VS expired since 2001
- Processed in my FR Special Model 2 with my SP-110EC dilution B for 7:20 at 19c

Shot at box speed, if we can trust the accuracy of the electric eye which we can't as I've replaced the dead potentiometer that powers up said E.E and guestimated the adjustment. It works and it's fun, except for the part when you re-roll 35mm into a 126 cartridge.

I used a Rolleiflex T with a chipped taking lens (someone had used a spanner wrench on it and slipped), Ilford HP5+ and developed in Kodak HC110 for 5 minutes. The flaw made no difference as I suspected it wouldn't.

I was out an artists' first friday show last night and my friends went inside and I said, "I'm going outside, there's beautiful light." I approached a Dad with two kids, said, "Hi, I'm using black and white film in this vintage camera, and if your kids would stand over by that sunlight wall, I'd photograph them and send you the photo." To which he said, "Ok." (I love that there is trust in the world, that he trusted that I meant only a good photograph for his family.)

I photographed them at 1/250 at f8 in full sunlight expecting it to be a bit overexposed. It was and turned out just perfectly exposed for the shadows.

I'll print it and put it in a frame for him. I call this one, "Young American Gothic."

I saw in the viewfinder the boy put his hand to his cap. I instinctively shot then, knowing I wanted a gesture of some kind.

I bet all their family photos are of them smiling brightly. I love that they are themselves, posing their own way for my camera.

Well in your opinion is it a big deal? It is in mine.

I haven't really looked at the negatives, yet - but a glance suggests they're good. But at least I know the camera works, now. I've had it for years and never tried it. It feels about on par with a Canon Elan II.

Bronica ETRSi with AEII prism, 50mm MC f2.8 for the building shot, 100mm E-II f4 Macro for the other two.
Kodak Tri-X that expired in 2011, shot at ISO320 for, I don't know, some weird reason I had in my head at the time.
Semi stand developed in Paranol-S for an hour, with a bit of a shake at the half-hour mark.

Last shot was taken in my local camera store, just after putting money down for a nice Olympus Pen FT, lol...

A roll of 500T pushed 3 stops in my Kalimar K90 & Tokina 19-35mm, trying out a Gossen meter & variable spot meter, sent out to a lab get dev'ed in ecn2 chems. First time doing night photography, so alot of shot came out underexposed, a couple shots came out ok.

I've been using the Bellini C41 kit recently with great results. Just developed 4 120 rolls of Kodak GOLD 200 in my Kindermann SS tank.

Efke 25 8x10. Canham Light Weight. Pyrocat-HD 1+1+100. One in BTZS tube. The other in a flat-bottomed tray. Those were my last two sheets. I drowned my sorrows in a box of Timbits...
A couple of days prior to that, same camera, but with 4x5 reducing back...same composition...Rollei IR and HIE. My HIE stash is almost gone... When that day comes (very soon), I will once again, drown my sorrows in a box of Timbits.
HIE really was a spectacular film in 4x5.

Roll each of FP4+ and Tri-X (both expired) in Bronica ETRSi, dev'd in Paranol S 1:25.
And two rolls of what I was told was bulk loaded Tri-X in 35mm, but one roll actually turned out to be FP4 too. Which would have been great had I not rated and dev'd (again, Paranol S 1:25) it at 800 ISO :-/ bit under exposed and cooked. Shot on Nikon FM and Olympus Pen FT.
