2 135 rolls of HP5 in DDX. I plan to print them tomorrow evening. I have purchased 3 boxes of Fomatone 131 in 4x5 inch just for making album prints - a somewhat forggoten purpose of taking photos in the first place I'd say. Nowadays everyone just strives to make exhibition quality big sized prints
A close cropped 35mm photograph of my grandson playing on park equipment. I cropped as much as I could with the zoom lens but I had to leave extra space around him to be sure I caught his movements. Print as an 8" square.
I made 5 straight prints of the same 35mm frame on some Kentmere fineprint vc, developed in defender 54-d.
Such beautiful paper. Wish it was still made.
I developed a 120 roll of HP5+ shot in my Kodak Brownie in HQ-HD (what I call an HQ only variation of Pyrocat-HD), and printed some of the same shot in my RB67
An exposed roll of ancient 127 Ilford Selochrome, given to me by a friend who'd found it in a 1960's Brownie Cresta camera. Unfortunately completely fogged, just some ghostly shapes which may have been from the fogging rather than an image. Not surprised or disappointed, as it looked as though it had been in damp conditions at some time, with slight rust on the metal spool. Can't win them all.
This morning, we tried out the Tetenal C41 kit. An ancient roll doesn't look all that great, but the recent roll I used in my 1v looks pretty good so far. Still at work, though, so I have to wait 'til I get home to see the positives.
