My camera is 6x12
Here's a modification of my previous 6x7 coupled RF. Found a Xenotar 80mm f2.8 (same as Rolleiflex AFAIK) in a barrel mount and it transferred perfectly into a no. 1 shutter. Had a new body printed (MJF process) and modified the Canon 7 cam follower to match the lens. Not a fan of the press shutter... there is a long travel and a sudden detent that tends to induce camera shake.
I have this lens on a Crown Graphic using 6x7 roll film backs. And it does cover 6x7 cleanly to the corners. Then it falls off remarkably fast!! I can do a small forward tilt for greater depth of focus, very small, and that's about it. Almost no effective rise, etc.How well does the 80/2.8 Xenotar do in the corners? I ask because Schneider claims that it covers 91 mm -- almost exactly 6x7's diagonal -- and because my little Xenotar, unlike the 80/2.8 Planar, isn't really usable on 2x3 (6x9 in metric).
Not to denigrate anything, since I too like the joy of tinkering -- I respect your work too -- but that aside what's the point? A dedicated hand-held 6x7 rangefinder that looks like an imitation Mamiya Press and seems to be less capable.
Its hard to tell much from your sample photos. How well does the 80/2.8 Xenotar do in the corners? I ask because Schneider claims that it covers 91 mm -- almost exactly 6x7's diagonal -- and because my little Xenotar, unlike the 80/2.8 Planar, isn't really usable on 2x3 (6x9 in metric).
I have a similar Xenotar 80/2.8 barrel lens rescued from a 70mm aero camera. Due to its quite short flange to film distance, I cannot adapt it to my Pentax 6x7 or any other medium format SLR.
Thus currently I use it with adapter on Fujifilm GFX-50R digital medium format camera. But it would be nicer to utilize its entire 6x7 coverage on film, if I can figure out how to focus precisely in a customized solution.
Double Wow!
We need more info.
Nice! Used the same body for my mod:

let me see your panoramic rangefinder with the fuji lens….Here's something a little different. Had a leftover GS645W body after I used its lens on a 35mm panoramic rangefinder. After five tries I finally found a 35mm format lens that fit and was correctly located for infinity focus (after slightly tweaking the helicoid scale). A 4.8cm f2.8 Mamiya triplet lens from the 35S. Lo-Fi is fun!

let me see your panoramic rangefinder with the fuji lens….
Here is a WIP. Canon 7 with 63mm wide frame, new pressure plate and "corrected" film advance. Front plate machined for a slow-pitched helicoid (Hoya 28mm) with a Fuji 45mm f5.6 (from the GS645W) mounted on a #00 shutter from a Kodak Retina 013. Next I'll try to couple the rangefinder.

The Fuji shutter was preserved on the 645W body. I didn't want to sever the cables for the coupled meter. Plus it doesn't have a proper T or B setting. Glad I kept it because I now have a Holga type camera with a coupled meter, nice finder and lever advance & cockingYou could not preserve the fuji shutter?
