Most Plaubel Makinas III and IIIR came with the 100mm F2.9 Anticomar lens which takes the illustrated filters, this is my collections. These also fit the F4.2 Antimcomar 100mm and the 73mm Orthar wide angle lens.
Makina Filters What I have by Nokton48, on Flickr
My Makina II takes a black Plaubel filter much smaller than the one for the more modern Makinas.
It would help if we know what camera and lens you have. There are variations out there

I've got a iis. Which looks like it's 40.5 or 41.5mm. so the i &ii take smaller filters? Because that would make it easy to distinguish between them.
For a IIS, the filters as seen on Nokton's picture are the technically appropriate ones. But as I mentioned on my question directed at him, I know that at least certain close up filters and other attachments for the I/II will go on a quick change Anticomar for the IIS/III/IIIR. I am not sure if this is the case for colour glass filters for the I/II also.

filter thread size (behind the shutter) :41,5mm

And this info in it:
It would appear that only the DIN filter fits both.. confusing if they both have the same filter size.

My Makina II Yellow Filter by Nokton48, on Flickr
I leave this filter on my Makina II all the time. With calipers the outside thread diameter measures 37.5mm My camera has the 10cm F2.9 Anticomar
The R0.1 attachment I have Im pretty sure is for the I/II but threads onto the front of the anticomar on my IIIR just fine. Same with V2/V3 extention attachments that I own, and I am pretty sure the same applies for the 4.5 Reflex ring, though I do not have one to test with. I'm pretty sure the same will apply to the glass lenses. Really it makes sense that filters and attachments between the anticomars are interchangeable, as the lens diameters (and thus lens ring threads) must be the same, given they are essentially for the same system, the only operating difference being the position of the shutter. The principal change that was made in introducing the larger filters/attachments as seen in Nokton's pictures, was to make them able to fit to the now standardised Tele-Makinar also, something that could not be done with the original filters.
And for those interested, I thought you might like to see the 7.3cm orthar in CLA mode.
Very nice. Are you performing the CLA yourself ?
