I received the camera today. That was pretty fast!

I will try to get it out the door quickly.

This'll be the second camera to me, the first one being long gone and thru' several hands since being here.

I'll PM the next person in line before I send it along.

cheers

The first camera has arrived at the end station in West Australia. Thank you Nige. Hmm, now, what to photograph. So what was the final decision on what the group wants me to do with the film? I'll try looking through the archives on this thread.

I thought I had posted earlier that I have this camera? It should leave here next week.

Yes, you did. I just put the updated list so that folks get to know at a glance without having to scan the various posts. I did not intend to rush you.

Oh my, Hi everyone, I'm here and have not forgotten you. I'm so sorry for the delay. The results will be posted on apug by the end of next week, deadline being Friday 29th September. Now am I scanning the negs and posting them on apug somewhere special?

Hi Nicole,

You would be posting the neg scans to the (there was a url link here which no longer exists) gallery. You can send a PM to Sean to let him know so that he temporarily allows you to upload more than the daily quota, otherwise you will end up uploading in bunches over a few days.

Thank you for doing this.

Regards,

Art, the roll is developed and I have most the frames scanned and will finish it today as I fly to Melbourne tonight. I'm sorry if my schedule is a little to hectic for you. Next time I'll be happy to return the camera to you for you to finish off.

The photos are all up in the Traveling Camera Project gallery. You will notice some are missing. This is a real shame. Looking at the negs closely it seems as though there may have been some double exposures. I know that when I tried to shoot mine there was a problem with the winder and my frame didn't work either. I have loaded all the frames that I was able to scan. I'm not sure who's is who's, my favourite is #16. Well done everyone. Quite an adventurous trip this little camera took.

Nicole,

Ummm...That's all fine and all, but this wasn't directed at you at all. I asked where the other camera was, not when the images of the first camera will be developed and posted.

If you think I don't greatly appreciate you volunteering to taking the time to develop the film, scan the images and post them in the gallery on your dime, you have a misguided notion of me. Sheesh.

Thanks for the hard work you did. The images look great.

Regards, Art.

Art, then I sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding. I thought you were trying to put the pressure on me.

Hi Nicole, I've updated the owner of the photos so they are no longer mixed into your personal gallery.

Sean
