A few ideas I am not going to try myself (still seems a bit of a hassle, but doable) Some of those APS cameras look nice; I am tempted.
- get one of those razor blade film slitters ( have one for minox film, and it works great)
- set the blades to cut the right 30mm width but leave one row of 35mm perforations in place
- make a 3d printed aps canister ( a lot of work for the first person to do it)
- you might be able to shoot as is and just shoot blank frames after each shot
- or you could tape over some of the 35mm holes ( seems easier than punching holes ) but applying little bits of tape in the dark is probably not fun, even with the right jig to hold and advance the film in the dark

depends on if the camera needs the magnetic coating on the back of the film.
