What is (are) the current recognized movement(s) in photography, if any. When did it (they) start and who are its (their) practitioners? If there is (are) no current recognized movement(s) in photography, what was the most recent recognized movement in photography? When did it start and who were (are) its practitioners?
I have satellite radio on my car and my wife's. I pay $7 a month for each car. It was $6 last year. Their nominal charge is more than double that. You have to negotiate with them. Tell the salesgirl her prices are exorbitant. That she's ripping you off. Offer $5 a month. She'll tell that's impossible but say she'll check with her manager. When she comes back she might offer let's say $10 a month. Tell her "No way". Then she put you on hold and comes back and offers their best price currently (I think) $7 a month., It's all a game.
It is true you have to speak to them to cancel your service. It will jump to the higher amount automatically in the second year. However, they did email me a month or so before the yearly service ended. So I called them up to negotiate for the following year offering no more than I paid the previous. You can cancel at any time and they prorate the charge to the month canceled.
My wife and I find it very convenient. I have ten preset buttons on my 20212 car and she has 15 on her 2019 auto. They have a huge inventory of stations in the hundreds that you can receive no matter where you're driving in the country, except when you go under an underpass or other block on the satellite signal. You can also listen to their stations on the internet with your cell phone or computer at home where they have even more special stations to listen to.
Here is their standard list. Notice they have music, sports, news and entertainment, comedy, Howard Stern, Seasonal Holiday stuff, etc.

Will there ever be another photographic movement?
Will there ever be another photographic movement?
Yes, but if you don'y use flash or a high enough shutter speed, it will all be a blur.
we exist in several photography movements as we speek.
+1None of the above would constitute a photographic "movement" - just usage and market trends.
Movements are essentially relevant only in the world of art and publishing.
The trends may affect what eventually becomes a movement, but they aren't the movement themselves.
Yes.Does the question “Will there ever be another photographic movement?” infer that there were movement specific to photography or have photographer worked within existing movements of the visual arts?
Wait, what... even that far into the future and still no Jetsons spaceship?I have ten preset buttons on my 20212 car

no, lomo is a movement as it has made a company self sustaining.. and it may not be ideal it is a movement.
Or would you say those japanese photographers who do nothing but make macro shots of mini figures ARENT a movement?
Using a certain camera does not define a movement. Maybe lo-fi would qualify, photographers intentionally using poor-quality equipment for a style or effect. Home-made cameras could also be part of that. Your second example is closer. Here's a handy definition: "An art movement is a tendency or style in art with a specific common philosophy or goal, followed by a group of artists during a specific period of time, (usually a few months, years or decades) or, at least, with the heyday of the movement defined within a number of years."no, lomo is a movement as it has made a company self sustaining.. and it may not be ideal it is a movement.

I can tell you that the best way to ensure the probability of another photographic movement is to start one ourselves.
People have been sketching since time immemorial, as have commercial photographers. Most of the photographers, whose work has always entailed more creativity than has amateur snapping. IMO.
