When you look at all the photos on that page, you get a pretty good idea.

As in 25/50 of the most-viewed photos on a forum full of photographers feature nudity. That's photographers who are supposed to be concerned with talking photos, composition, technical details, making prints. Put snowsuits on all the model and see if the images appear in the top views.

My main comment, there's no reason to pretend it's not what people like.
