I went on a minor spree bidding on thebay and bought this Manhattan Optical Co Long Focus Wide Angle 5X7 Wizard camera. Obviously needs work but looks fairly complete and includes three plate holders. Can't wait for it to get here.

Here's the link to the auction: https://www.ebay.com.my/itm/334760086013

That will be a very nice camera once you do some restoration! Score!

With a little luck, it'll be a Mamiya 16 Automatic (16 mm film, 10x14 mm frame). Sekor f/2.8 25 mm lens, focus from 1 foot to infinity, aperture to f/16, shutter B, 1/5 to 1/200.

A mid 1970's Kiev 4A with Jupiter 8M lens winding its way through Ukraine; be here in late March.

I already have a nice Kiev 4 with working meter, but I wanted the cleaner look without the meter.

As it's often said, Kiev 4A is 90% of the Contax II at %10 of the price...

Okay, offer was accepted, camera will be here in a few days. Just need to get some cassettes and/or get my 3D printer back in operation and print a few. I've got 16 mm Fuji branded microfilm on hand, as well as multiple choices of 120 I can slit, so I'll be waiting mainly on the cassettes.

I just got three Canon F1n's for €40. They all work, but have some minor issues (shutter capping, shutter speeds not correct), so these will be my first project cameras. They need a good clean, the first one I opened up is dirrrrty:

A couple weeks ago I bought a box of camera junk at a place called "Houseworks" . 30 bucks, I could see an earlier Mamiya 6, didn't need it, but was curious .
A very well functioning Mamiya 6, but also a Leica II (Model D) 1931 camera. Also some cool early optical finders. The lens is some weird Zeiss 3,5 cm Planar in a Leica mount. The lens needs a CLA. The Leica seems to be 100% functional, the black paint has rubbed, and in a couple areas flaked off. Still 92 years old still clicking away.

Excellent find! I've found a lot of thrift/junk store cameras, but never a Leica...

A gorgeous circa-1968 Zeiss-Ikon Contaflex S in a private sale, for just $10. I ran some Tri-X through, and everything works.

That said, I don't see myself using this camera very often. It's heavy, the controls aren't that ergonomic, it's missing some expected features (like a quick-return mirror), and while that famous Tessar is sweet, I'm not a fan of 50mm lenses. I never mount 50s on my Olympus and Nikon SLRs, I prefer using wide and long primes.

The Leica finish is rough, there's a service label inside the camera from 1975, the shutter cloth looks perfect, could be the shutter curtains have been replaced????? The camera doesn't have strap lugs, that came in 1932. Rangefinder works great, probably will go into my cabinet.
This same shop is were I found my Deardorff V8, that was filty, came with a Packard shutter and a big old 12" Wollensak (not Verito) paid $700 for that, it cleaned up very nicely,.

I once found a Calumet 4x5 monorail view camera with a Rodenstock 240 lens at a Goodwill, laying filthy in the bottom of a bin for about $50. Cleaned-up nice and sold it on Evil bay for some good profit back about 10 years ago...

I just grabbed another Mamiya 16 Automatic, this time from Robert's Camera, for about what I paid for the first one. If this one has a sticky shutter, too, I have a backup in case of errors when trying to clean it; if it works, I have a parts camera in case something on a 60+ year old camera fails...
