that's funny, it's my understanding that Linhof is using Keith to make all their bellows anyways....

For the Technikardan, I don't think I can tell the difference between the new and old bellows. So that could be true.

However, for the Kardan, the Custom Bellows material is definitely very different to that of my original Linhof bellows.
Custom Bellows material is much 'softer' and more 'flexible'. While the original Linhof material is 'stiffer' and more 'rigid'.

127film, RERA Pan 100F.

View attachment 407037

I slit a lot of my own 127 format film, it's a good way to save money, but sometimes it's a bit finicky to load since 120 is a bit longer than 127, but I just load in the dark and get an extra frame haha!

Pentax 67 helicoid, before that was some Fuji C41 Bleach and Kodak developer. Next will probably be a roll of glossy Fuji Maxima if I can find it.

Dang, this habits is getting expensive 😅

I received my latest Viewfinder magazine today. On the back cover is the hideous latest green paint Safari offering (M11p) for the fashion folks 😎

Kinda cute, but it would look kinda silly, from the person who walks around with a Fuji 6x9 😁

@Taurabon: Have you used this brand before? I would be curious to know how this film performs. Months ago I was thinking to try Rera Pan but ended up buying Kentmere instead.

This is the first time I've purchased this film. I took a roll of this film yesterday and plan to develop it in a few days. I'm still trying to decide what developer to use.

I bought a set of japanese screw drivers. They fit perfectly and avoid any screw head damage.

I bought my 3rd camera in the Pen F family after having to return the malfunctioning first two. Hope it will all be worth it in the end.

My wife is in Ireland for 2 weeks. I'm painting and updating a bathroom, a surprise for her return. Paying it forward for the next time I drag home some darn fool darkroom contraption 😁

"Oh, that pile of photography doodads & doohickeys?? I uhhhhh, found it while cleaning up the bathroom! Yeah, thats it! 😀" 😂

A box of 4x5 Retropan 320 Soft just landed at my door... I completely forgot that I had ordered it...What was I thinking?? Anybody out there use this stuff?

I am struggling to get a decent density range with that film... even tried D-19.
Next up: Paper developer, or maybe even Litho developer.
I'm curious to see what your results will be!

Ugh! Really? By soft, I guess they mean, flat. 😆 I'll certainly take a look at it!

67mm spacer tube 24mm long so I can do 1 of 2 things with my Fujifilm GSW690-iii … mount a CPL that I can rotate while the hood is out [yes I know I can’t see through it ;-)] but mostly so I can mount a step up ring on it that doesn’t interfere with the hood to use larger or square filter system

I’ve done some calculations and I don’t think I will get any vignetting

I also got a 67-77 step up ring [to go on the end of the spacer tube]

Zeiss Nettar 518/16 found in Flea Market under a mountain of dust. She needed mechanical adjustments but minimal. Lens clean (after cleaning I couldn't see any fungus or scratches), and very well collimated. As long as I've tested, no pinholes neither light leakage. Shutter speeds are off, naturally, (My home built leaf meter says that 1/200 is actually 1/140, and so on) but consistent and very usable. And most importantly: the camera is smiling after being rescued. We'll have a walk this weekend.

Picked up two Domke 11"x11" from B&H, as I've been curious about these for a while.

I have a bunch in different sizes. They work great protecting LF lenses that get thrown in the camera bag. 35mm/Medium Format I don't use wraps because I just stack lenses, so the only points of contact are a rear lens cap sitting on a front lens cap. LF lenses are too irregularly shaped (especially when on a lens board.

My latest purchases were a 355mm Kern Dagor last month and a 250mm Imagon this month.
