Hasselblad Acute Matte D 42215 focusing screen (the one with the split-image spot + microprism collar), in mint condition. Paid a pretty penny of course, but they're only getting more expensive as time goes on, so I thought I would bite the bullet. If I end up favouring it over my current screen (Acute Matte D with split-image spot and grid lines) I can always sell the latter to recoup some of the cost.

.....I'm not going to say more as my wife may be monitoring this channel.
Jesus.!
Going to have to suspend your Man-Card, dude.
You are kind of a disappointment to us real men.
I will explain your consequences..... after i finish folding the laundry :pouty:

I was here yesterday when FedEx brought the processor and my wife Wasn't! I was able to smuggle my new machine into my darkroom

Wife away and Fedex didn't lose or break it.
You lead a charmed life!

Just Curious.....
Are you saying your students, generally. shoot HP5 with the meter at ASA-250.?
thank you

Yes. I tell them when they do their check before heading out, to make sure it's (K1000) is set to 250. Sometimes on these old clunkers, the ISO "accidently" changes when they switch shutter speeds. Some of them didn't bother to check and shot a whole roll on 3200. That's a good lesson for them! :D

Holga Pinhole Wide camera just arrived... Will play with it this lunch!
Loads of fun! Just one thing, use a shutter release and mark where the hole is centered on the release plunger or it will cut off one edge or the other if it is not centered.

You'll understand if you look at the pinhole as you depress the shutter release...

Thanks! I've looked at it clearly with loupe and appears to be evenly uncovered. The first thing I did after I stuck some Acros in her was to attach a cable release. It's on a tripod waiting for me...

After looking at these, my local dealer had a nice original Canon F-1 one for a good price. This one appears to have been built in 1977. Came with a 50mm f/1.8 S.C. lens. I hadn't had much desire for the F-1, because my primary use cameras in those days was the Nikon F-2. This one should be fun to use. I already have the A1, AE-1 Program, and a T90. This is a solid, heavy camera, reminiscent of my Nikon F-3.

20 rolls of Fokapan 400 35mm, 2 Minolta 700SI.s both with the vc700 grip, minolta 75 to 300 lens, 1 28 to 80 and a 5600 hsd minoltsa flash, hope that attack of Gas is over, but I had minolta dynax (Maxxum) cameras when thay first came out, but sold them and suddenly got the urge to want to start using them again

Not exactly exciting purchases, but a small order from KEH:

Nikon F2 Type P focusing screen (diagonal split prism with microprism collar and a horizontal and vertical line dividing the screen into quadrants) - these are hard to find, and when you find them they sell for a pretty penny. Fortunately it has no marks, so all is good.

Bronica ETRSi grip - I’ve been shooting my Bronica with a WLF and handheld meter. Recently I got a AEIII prism, but using it is clunky without the grip, so I broke down and bought one.

Bronica ETRSi 220 film back - not that I have 220 film, but I have a spare 120 back with a good insert and dying back. So I bought this to get a better condition back to swap the 120 insert into.

Pentax Copipod - I digitize my film with a Pentax DSLR. 35mm is easy since I use a macro bellows and slide holder, but MF has been a pain to set up. This will hopefully help set the camera up over the film (sitting on top of a light source). I haven’t tried it yet—I need a 49-58 adapter ring since my macro lens uses 58mm filter, but I’m hopeful, and it was cheap.

That's the famous Apollo screen. I don't know if it was really used in the Apollo Nikon F cameras, but that was one I always bought.

I am receiving a package today, 25 rolls of Fujichrome Velvia 100 in 120. I'm going to have fun with myFujica G617 and my Hasselblad.
