A 1937 Paillard-Bolex G 8 that I have dismantled and an article written about it. That is the worst 8-mm. film projector ever made. At the time it had cost $210 which would be more than $4,000 today. The article is not yet published because I am still collecting data and information about it and some competing projectors from the 30s and 40s.

The Wista 45D is here! Got to be some record. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it got here Friday afternoon from Yamagata ken, Japan. Samurai-Import has some serious Fedex foo.

Enclosed was a note thanking me for the purchase an an origami.

Enjoy the 45D. Lovely camera with decent movements (including a bit of rear swing), and ability to switch out to a bag bellows.

Thanks! I got the one with swing knobs which adds to the 15 degrees at the base.
Ya, I've been looking at bag bellows. I also found my 65mm Nikkor will infinity focus with a flat lensboard, no need for bag bellows as the image circle just covers. The 115mm Grandigon however has a huge image circle and could take full advantage. The 210, no problems and the Fujinon 400 focuses to about 12 feet.

A couple of lens adapters for my Canon 6d. Leica R, M42 and Canon FD for EF.

Normally just use my Zuiko lenses and the EF lens but would like to play with something different.

Also, got hold of a cheap Leica R bellow with a 100mm lens and would like to try that too.

one of these vented lens shades from a Chinese seller on Amazon, to make my X 113 look like an Instagram guy's camera - ended up in the bin after a week.

A few weeks ago a used enlarger timer from Italy, an Industria Fototecnica Firenze, the ST2000 model.

The one I had was becoming inconstant, the times were not always repeated for the same duration.

At eBuy for €89.- and it works perfectly.

I have one of these on my Kiev 2's 50/1.5 Jupiter 3. I've had no reason to complain, though I doubt it's wide enough for my Jupiter 12 (35 mm).

Cheap reading glasses, so I can read these posts and threads, and, ironically, through the range finders and plate glass on Speed Graphics, etc.

Used but well kept camera bag in local camera store. Very sturdy quality canvass, ca. 8 x14,5 x 5,5 inch of unknown heritage (except a very small label that says: Handmade in Japan - and then a Jap. character almost like a samuray sword). Off hand seems to be able to accomodate almost any camera I have or ever had? The price paid approx $15.

I'm too damn slow for moving images.
Tried it for a bit about a decade ago. Sort of 'moving stills'. I realized that I was essentially creating animated gifs and then gave up on it, hah!
Is there any place online where I can see some of your videos?

K&F Concepts 78 inch camera tripod

Since the 90s I have lugged around an all metal Bogen, Manfrotto. While the Bogen is built like a tank and still serves me well, I like to carry light and with not as much stuff on me. Bringing that Bogen with me always made me feel bogged down. I finally needed something much lighter but yet would be able to support my cameras. Max load is 22 pounds/10 Kilos. Should be enough for a Hasselblad. Definitely enough for a Rolleicord.

I really like the weight and the folding length of this tripod. The carry bag that comes with it is really nice. The plates are small and not as intrusive. The hexagon plates from the Bogen do not feel right when attached to the Rolleicord. One downside with owning a TLR is that you cannot open up the film back while the camera is mounted. I think Ansco might be an exception.

One cool feature, but I will probably never use, is one of the legs comes off and the head can be attached to the leg creating a monopod.
