Just bough a Pentax 90 WR on a flea market for 3 dlls or so. Just battery test and everything seems to be working. Need to figure out the IR control thingy.

That's cool. I had a fellow who gave me something similar, not WR, this was 20 years ago. He said he was going to throw it away. What a difference a few years make. 😊

I'm too damn slow for moving images.
Tried it for a bit about a decade ago. Sort of 'moving stills'. I realized that I was essentially creating animated gifs and then gave up on it, hah!
Is there any place online where I can see some of your videos?

Disney+ ? (Okay, those are old)

I shot some of the videos for the Sonoma County "Art at the Source" event the other day and they are sharing them on Instagram -- very run & gun kind of affair, I had to drive around to a bunch of artists' studios in about 5 hours and then cut everything down to 60 seconds each in another day. Cameras were a mix of Lumix S5ii and a Samsung S23 Ultra for the super-slow-mo which works wonderfully for making smooth tracking shots across lots of paintings.

Meanwhile, I bought another 21mm Zeiss lens, the ZM ƒ/2.8.

An ancient (c. 2006) Opticfilm 7200 scanner. I traded for it - a lens and a camera that weren't attracting any at the Camera Show and Swap I was sharing a table at.
It isn't anything to write home about quality-wise, but it is better for 35mm than my flatbed scanner, and my existing Vuescan subscription has room for another scanner, and seems to work well with it.
Funnily enough, the best thing about it is the small size and footprint, and the really high quality padded storage case that came with it!

I think the Minolta is likely to be superior. Certainly my old medium format Minolta Multi scanner of the same vintage (RIP) was a very high quality piece of equipment.
The Opticfilm 7200 was a near entry level model.

Well I just bought and received a Nikkor 60mm 2.8D Micro lens. I am in love with this lens. I believe I could now sell all my other Nikon lenses and not miss them. I guess slightly longer lenses is my thing. I prefer the 355 on my 8x10, the 210 on my 4x5 and the 80 vs 75 on my Rollei. Slightly long seems to match my vision and the 60mm micro focuses incredibly close and stops down to f32..

Innorel NT404C Carbon Fiber Tripod

A Kodak Retina IIa Type 016 with 50mm f/2 Xenon lens caught my eye. Struck me as a more manual, better, faster glass Olympus XA. Have heard a lot of great things about them, hope it is as nice as people say.

This picture someone took with it really sold me on it. Wide open, sharp subject, with great out of focus rendering. Can't do that with an XA, it doesn't produce enough blur.

Got a Hugo Meyer pocket rangefinder off evilbay.

2mm and 5mm thick EVA foam sheet for making custom-sized case padding for my Hasselblad filters. An example of the completed article shown here for a 93mm drop-in type:

F64 backpack. Last ditch effort to make my LF cameras viable beyond 50 feet of the car...

I received a very nice Hasselblad Sports Finder this week, from another photographer on photrio.com, and I'm happy to have it.

I already have two OEM inserts for this finder, so it went into my bag for checking perspectives before pulling out a chosen lens focal length.

Good stuff, that!

I have bought a Jupiter-9 2/85 mm for my Canon 7s. Quite soft wide open, but sharp when stepped down. Nice portrait lens.

120 Negative holder for Epson Perfection V700 from Aliexpress. My V550 if finally kicking the bucket so moving to my V700 (that I normally used for 4x5).

Nice! Where did you get the material?

Thanks. The foam is just from Amazon. It's commonly used for making cosplay outfits, apparently.

I just did a base layer from the 2mm stuff, then a 5mm layer with circular cutout on top of that. You can do extra little cutouts as finger holes if you want. Works like a charm.

120 film
5 rolls Ilford Pan F Plus
10 rolls Kentmere Pan 100

Last purchase for me was a Bronica S2A with never-ready case, a couple lenses, prism finder, grip, 2X converter, hood and more.
I primarily wanted the Bronica attaché case and figure I can sell the extra stuff I don't need and maybe come out even.
Fortunately, the seller wrapped all items individually in plastic bags because the velvet-covered 50+ year-old foam had completely deteriorated and a fine gritty yellow dust was everywhere inside. Just awful.
A little cutting and vacuuming and stuffing with a bit of soft foam and its serviceable.

pictures like these are good to keep around to know what's in your cases. It keeps you from opening everything until you find what you're looking for r for the insurance in case...

I saw several forms that look like your pics, but can you recall for us the sellers name, Amazon id?
