Did we mention the beautiful Zenza Bronica S2(a) ? One of my all-time favourites - reminds me of a mid-fifties Ford Thunderbird ...

There are so many beautiful cameras - like beautiful young women - it's impossible to pick just one.

The Kodak Super 620 may not have been the most beautiful but it sure puts any Nikon to shame in this regard. The top of the line Kodak Bantam was another real beauty.

Here is another vote for the top of the line Kodak Bantam (I think it was called the Bantam Special and like all Bantams took size 828 film) and as an bonus, it produced excellent B&W negatives and Kodachrome slides also. If you can find one, it probably will still be producing quality results......Regards!

I always get admiring comments on my Sinar Norma, especially when its propped up on a Ries maple tripod.

... but sorry if that is just a little bit too big to fit the "35mm" category!!

Most beautiful camera is like a lot of superlatives. There isn't anything at the top of the heap, but there are a whole lot in second-place.

I don't know about beauty, it's hard to define. I'll take attractive and durable over beauty any day.
So: any Deardorff V-series; Contax II; Nikon F; Barnack Leicas; M- Leicas, Linhof Technikas. There are too many.

They are nice. I like the shutter speed dial combined with the advance lever. Is there any other camera besides Miranda and the Leicaflex that does this?

The Exakta VX has that combination too

Somehow the quotes are messed up. I think OptiKen mentioned the Exakta VX, not me.

Anyway, no, the Exakta VX does not have the advance lever concentric with the shutter speed dial; the shutter speed dial is separate. There is a frame counter window concentric with the advance lever, however (not that rare).

I have a few Exaktas...

Enough talk about "great' cameras! My vote goes to the standard-prism NIKON F as the most BEAUTIFUL. Looks like a Greek Temple!

I'm partial to the Zone VI myself, but I only have the 4x5" version:
