Beijing I shot mostly TMY2 (street photos in the hutongs around Gulou), four rolls of TMX at the Great Wall (walked Jinshanling to Simatai) then more TMX (20-yuan-note view on Lijiang, didn't have a wide-enough lens on ), Ektar and Portra 400 around Yangshuo. And one lone roll of RDX to see what that's like, but the light was horribly flat so it's a pretty unfair test.
Shooting Ektar 100 in my Nikon FE and Walgreens (Fuji) 200 in my Minolta X700.
Today, out with my gear, I ran into another film user. He and I had a great conversation....it was really great to see another film user out in the field.
I've been testing out new cameras lately.....started my first pack of Fuji 100c in a Polaroid 360 (lots of fun), but ran a roll of Arista Premium 100 in a FED 5B yesterday. No more B&W for a while though, the fall colors are at their peak in my area now!
I went to the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford today and attempted a few photos from a vantage point like this. I shot with a 20mm and I think I'm going to go back with a fisheye. I used Reala and had to brace the camera for one second exposures.
Saturday past, in Jasper National Park, to shoot the fall colors and a bit of mountain landscape work: 5 rolls each of E100G and E100VS and 6 rolls of PanF Plus through the Blads; and 3 rolls of E100G through my "new" F2AS shooting the wildlife. This was probably my last trip to the mountain parks until the snows come. Then it will be time to put on the snowshoes, grab some more 120 PanF Plus and hit the back-country.
I shot a roll of TMX in my Yashica Mat 124G last weekend and a roll of Verichrome Pan (expired 1985) in my Brownie two weeks ago. The VP was completely fogged, first time I've ever seen a roll come out of the tank completely black!
Astia as a test roll to check that my E6 developing worked before throwing my once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon chromes into the soup. Plus of course, the internet needs MOAR! cat pictures.
Just developed a roll of Ektar 100. First of it through my Minolta. I'm really excited about the last 20 shots....I hiked to a waterfall I've been wanting to go in Autumn for years today. I climbed all over its 100 feet of cascading water and rocks. I think I got some neat shots.
