"WOW" had about 1/8" inch of rain this morning, its all dried up now but wow it was wet. Have to get my snows shoes out!!!
26 years ago is when we had our last acceptable rain, so we are can of excited. When I lived there (my first 26 years), any rain between March and the following January was totally unacceptable.
Hehehe....I used to live in the Wet of Scotland so I know what you mean!Really random today. Dry, partly sunny for most of the day, then, in the afternoon, started clouding up and got cold. Just before nightfall, the clouds opened up. Major dumping of rain. No thunder or lightning, though. Went outside around 9 pm. Partly cloudy. No rain. Supposed to be another La Niña winter, so it will be as if Mother Nature is using a pressure washer pointed at the Pacific Northwet again (yes, misspelling is intentional).

A couple of hours north of John:Duvall, WA - 30 miles east-northeast of Seattle. About 32 deg F. Started snowing around 2 pm or so. About an inch or so on the ground. Last I checked, was cloudy.
