He received his camera, and is grateful.

These fancy cameras of ours ( I have a gorgeous M6 that I use every day) are actually starting to come down in price as the younger folks forget what "film" is. With 50 years, the OP probably could get $10 for a crappy Leica.

I haven’t seen it; has anyone else?

No I wanted to do a short video on a good day, outside at a local park, but I've been I'll for weeks now, I guess COVID for the fourth time now, and between the last cold snap l, wet weather and this week, I have stayed inside for the last month or so, and l went out for a late lunch with my Rozeann just yesterday, just to be out of the walls.

I think I did post a couple of pics somewhere here, but I'll do some more at home stills, if nothing else, and share the lenses I have for this camera as well.

I've no forgotten, but when you're this tired and your head is this stuffed and dizzy, it's hard to keep track of time, but I am getting better, I believe.

Godspeed to all, pics later THIS WEEK+

That is great this thread has come to a conclusion.

I'm not much of a Leica fan and have no desire to ever own one, being more of a Rolleiflex fanboy with about 20 Rollei. What saddens me is that no one has ever posted "Wanted $10 Rolleiflex TLR for personal use" 😢

Because we TLR fans know what they're really worth. I won't besmirch a Rolleiflex by offering $10. Either it's a clear gift from someone who appreciates such a perfect machine or I'll shell out the money.

I won't say no to a gift though.

Good news! I've built an alternative based off of ideas I've seen online

It's being tested now. I need to come up with a better baffle system though. I'm getting 24 shots off a roll, next I test in a Mamiya C3 and a 65mm lens.

Congratulations!

Great Deal!

Is that a FSU 50 that it's wearing?

Thank you.

This is another Elmar looking lens I did no know existed and, it's advertised as rare, in off itself

Godspeed,
Eli

I've just read that the Simlar brand was replaced by Topcor in 1955.
