any scans you could share in the Gallery?

Ask and ye shall receive...see my personal gallery for a sample shot. (Not much of a pic...but ohhhhh the tonalities I got. This was my first experiment with Acros/Rodinal.)

Morten, I humbly submit to the One! Bathe me in your light, oh holy Rodinal, and wash these sins of low-acutance from my tainted skin!

Oh, true follower of the One. Attend the ceremony in the night! Let the acutance take you to the heavens above!

Wash your tainted skin one time in Holy Hot Rod continued by 50 baths of well water from the divine well!

You can always tell the disiples of Rodinal, they're the ones in ORANGE!
Morton maybe the young disciple novices should wear burgandy as it produces beautiful greys that work well with skin tones

Granted! Are you in charge of this, Holy Priest Tony?

Indeed, VERY GREAT! You may approach the altar and receive the divine shine of eternal development.

Thank you O Great Rodinal One! Now where did I put those burgandy bedsheets and robes for the models as well?

How come none of the people using Pre*cysol can actually spell it? I use it to, and I still have to look it up everytime I want to get it right.

Kind of like JHVH maybe?

Because it is a silly name, spelt in a silly way, just to make sure that you realise only serious types can even pronounce it (having written it down 200 times first) . Perhaps it was intended to show how the (slightly less silly named) DiXactol Ultra had 'come on'. I fear the next variant will be written in an ancient script to convey the spiritual journey the new buyer has embarked upon, if indeed it has a name. A symbol perhaps, able to capture what words cannot?

Yeah truly, I too worship at the Holy font...

...although on my first encounter with the Divine One I did'st annoint myself with the pure spirit and lo, it was verily a baptism of fire! Therefore, Brother Tony, let the holy robes include a pair of Blessed Marigolds that no more of our number may embrace the demon dermititis!

And may the leader of our church meet with joy on his quest to bring Velvia into the true faith and thus be the first amongst the peoples of the world to see grain in that emulsion!

And may we one and all forgive brother Andy for his transgressions (for I too have rated Delta 400 at 500 ISO, souped it in DD-X 1:4 and have seen that it was good)!

I am dissapointed. Having not only created wonderful tonalities with Acros/Rodinal but also having personally witnessed the miracle of heavenly images arising from the combination of Azo and Rodinal, I thought beatification was assured. I suppose there is nothing for it but to be martyred.

I am currently standing in the foyer of The Great Church of Rodinal! You Rodinal freaks have finally gotten to me  I just received my first bottle of the stuff last night ond will be trying it out tomorrow on my first roll of 120 trix 320 shot at 1250. Any suggestions for development times for a condenser enlarger?

I will post results

I'm afraid to ask what that entails. I did do a happy dance when it showed up at my door though. Does that count?

Well, then again I still havn't received my Cerimonial Orange Robe. Or the Glass Pipette of Fine Measurement Device. I would think I have at least graduated past the Orange Lion Cloth of Floor Mopping Trainie!
Last time I answer an ad in a Nigerian newspaper...
