The Beach Party is back!

The company I work for has a factory in Methuen. The staff there won't even walk to the restaurant on the opposite side of the road.

One of my collegues from England walked across once and was told not to do it again by a police officer - despite there being a controlled pedestrian crossing across the road!!

We couldn't work it out either. Suffice to say that it's only non American visitors who walk across. All of the employees drive what must be all of 100 yards!

I would just not listen to him, I would first ask why of course... And then use the crosswalk ... No one is stopping me from crossing the damn road, that's BS.

Walking at the beach community where the party is being held is welcome and quite pleasant. Most would like you to leave some sort of clothing on, but not much, given it's a beach and all. If you can stomach the idea of going clothed on Naked Hiking Day, we'd love to meet you and whomever you'd like to bring.

sorry folks
penciling ( or penning ) on the calendar on the fridge
is sometimes not enough ... it looks like
we have other obligations which take precedence over
a beach-side shindig. sorry we won't be able to enjoy the
ever present hospitality chez-whiteymorange, gene's chili
