16 by xiaole kong, on FlickrEspecially if they have some relevance to the viewer. Personally I find HCB's pictures are from a place and time that has no relevance to me. I can appreciate the fine composition, but apart from that There is nothing of interest to me (except the boy caring the big bottle of wine, that is a classic). Prefer street type pictures that represent a place in time I can relate to, better still if I can feel some connection to the subjects.I find photos that 'date' by show the details of the past to be much more interesting than photos that are age invariant.
