I loved the crinkle sound and the slight odor. I always think of Christmas, my Dad would shoot Kodachrome slides, Argus C3. I found his Ricoh folding flash holder the other day. I remember as a kid putting the test lamp in to check the battery.I'm always amused to hear flashbulbs going off. Back in the day I used hundreds of flashbulbs - couldn't afford an electronic flash - and the only sounds they ever made was the occasional despairing crinkly sound, much like crumpling cellophane. .
