Starting from here. Front element is unscrewed from outside with barrel. Should I unscrew two screws on the plate first?

Again, a 7.5cm Xenar from a Rolleicord or Zeiss would work. A Tessar would also work

Please let me know if some of these show up. Contrast of Kodak anastigmat is weak and boring.

Interesting that you have experience that significantly differs from mine. That's okay, but a bit difficult for me to undertand. Kodak Anastigmats have become one of my favorite lines of lenses; I use the one in the Kodak Duo 620 as well as Nrs 31, 32, and 33 in large format. They perform quite nicely in my experience. Other triplet or tessar lenses will likely perform similarly to the KA, with an ever-so slight advantage if they are coated.

@svetoklik you still haven't stated what you are trying to do.

I don't know what you mean by "inside ring".

The video you linked shows how to remove the front lens group, and what is the function of the two screws.

KA is well above average triplet lens. Sharp but not too hard, even at corners and much more tolerant in making compositions
But for my taste it is kind of boring lens. I have started with our family camera with Ceasar triplet and have ruled composition first because of 3d effect and deformations that requires careful spacing between close objects.
I also have Rodenstock triplet that is inferior in corner sharpness, but has that strong delicate contrast and overall punch.
TecnicalLy KA is very good lens and choice for most situations, especially for publishing

Its stuck. I will continue tomorrow. Meanwhile I have checked Xenar 10,5 cm lens.
It is possible to make adapter but there will be no space to fold it back without further modifications what is out of my reach.

Front lens is missing. Maybe I can use Shooter for Seagul 203.
Thank you all for your help.

That is correct for the most lenses for folder cameras except for the formats like 6x4.5 cm as is on to Duo 620/ It is soorter about 1 cm compared to other camera with the same 7,5 cm focal length.

For these lenses, the shutter mount to film plane distance is approximately equal to the focal length. S

Just to confirm, focal length on this Kodak anastigmat is 7cm so not 7.5 cm and it is not matter of labeling.
