I asked Nicole at Beau Photo if she'll consider bringing it in for us. She might end up ordering it from Freestyle like they have in the past. Ordering from Freestyle is only economical for Canadians if you make a big order from them. Otherwise shipping costs could be as much as the order is.Thanks but want to buy from Canadian vendor.
It is not upon us to speculate but if negatives are to thin @ correct devtime, agitation and temperature you either have a pH issue or general reduction potential problem, which in most cases is an oxidisation problem or a collapsed superadditive reduction system. We improved certain things in XT-III Developer over some competitors products out there. They were costly but we think it´s worth it. The price per film for a developer is to low to be frugal here.
All the bags going forward will be Sino Promise bags, because it is there business now.I personally didn’t trust the sino-promise bags.
No date for shipping is available.

I have not tested that, because:
...That has been really a hell lot of work! Most of you here are completely underestimating the amount of work that is needed for such test projects...
Listen, man. I don't wanna hear your whining about how much work or time or effort or cost this has been for you. I just want to sit on my lazy butt and let somebody else figure out if I can replenish this exactly the same as I did for XTOL!
That might end up being difficult. There’s quite a lot of processing chemistry from Europe like Fotoimpex and Moersch, some of it quite interesting, that doesn’t seem to have distribution here, at least not that I know of. I usually have to go direct or buy from the U.S.
There’s a small outfit locally where I am called Argentix, which does stock some of these products, but all the way across the country seems like it might be inconvenient. I don’t know.
The label looks a little vague on times, showing only 3 sets of dev times with 2 mins margins. Is there an actual leaflet on more specific times and times with 1+1 dilutions as well?
Not a problem if in fact XT- III is very close to Xtol times as Kodak info can be used

They have already corrected the instructions. That's my bag of XT-3:The mixing instructions look strangely identical for 1L and 5L packages:
Either this is a mistake, or it really does dissolve exceptionally well.
- Mix part A and then part B in 800ml and add water to 1L
- Mix part A and then part B in 800ml and add water to 5L

This package shot was a mockup from our graphics dept. before the actual product was made. QC inspected the labels before production and corrected the copy/paste typo from the 1 Liter stickers. Ofcourse you dissolve the standard way 800 --> 1.000 and 4.000 --> 5.000.
It's interesting that the Ilford company was willing to sell the AgX business to the UK management. I suspect they thought ink would be the big winner.
Rollei is a couple of drunkards in a basement with a printer. They'll plaster that logo on whatever tier-3 emulsion they'll find at a nearby estate sale.
With Rollei you mean Maco, who just got the licence to use the Rollei brand for their films and chemicals, and they did so when they changed their portfolio of films.
Please be so kind and name those "tier-3 emulsions" they offered under that brand. Maybe I still can learn something.
And there was a receiver involved, was there not, when the Ilford Black and White business was sold to the Harman group? No, the AgX business was not sold to those former managers, but only the b&w AgX business.
