Can you please show me any picture taken by Joel Meyerowitz that shows great composition and explain why?
He has a lifetime retrospective book, "Where I Find Myself," that covers more than his street photography. It is an interesting read and gives a different perspective on his body of work, from street to large-format land/cityscapes and still-life.

I do not like Picasso, I do not like Jackson Pollock.
What do you guys think of Joel Weyerowitz.?


Picasso was pretty good until the start of WWi. Pollock was never any good. I've seen lots of Meyerowitz, including some on hotel room walls, but I can't remember any of them. As for Shore, he's another one who took so many pictures that some were bound to be good. And Holy Cow, I'm 76.
