Kodak was saying they would redo e6 chemical and control strips in 2019,and of course after they sold chemical and paper businesses to sino, this target will have no hope to happen I think...

You can also make your own control strips. There's actually device (I forget what its called but I have one lying around somewhere) that can automatically expose the strip on any piece of film, but you can also just make one yourself out of a transparent step wedge. Have the strip developed somewhere you trust to have a well-controlled process, and then use that as a reference.

My contacts indicate that Eastman Kodak is set up for and has agreed to manufacture film control strips for Sino Promise, to be marketed by Sino Promise.

No you misunderstood what I mean. The thing is sino of course won't do this thing(produce e6 chemical),he can't even maintain the product line now he have since last year.
How can we trust a manufacturer who discontinue all kodak paper can to produce a new chemical. And also I think the increasing custom tax cost also is the reason of this(You know all products have to go through America factory and China, and custom tax are both increasing between we two countries)
