The technician at Nippon Photo Clinic wrote
"*Slightly Haze/Cloudy inner optics.(Not Cleanable) Checked OK, Focal Length, Use As Is with Inspection and clean exterior of Lens."
So they just inspected and cleaned the lens exterior along with CLA/repair of the M2.
I can just see some bits of haze I think from the rear of the lens, it must be inside.
The person I spoke to at Nippon Photo thought it would not get worse if I stored it carefully.
However would DAG for instance be able to clean it? I am going away next month so would probably make a decision after that.
I'd like to make the best of it if possible as it was basically a gift.
