There was no word at all about black and white chemicals, no one to ask and nowehere to call.
Kodak minilab and professional lab products always had their own channel. There are still a lot of digital images printed on RA-4 paper but this market is completely a parallel world or in other words "there´s nothing there that we could buy and use". Are you sure about film? Thanks - so no clarity at the time about what was going to happen with respect to black and white chemicals.
Apparently, prior to purchasing the section, Sino Promise Holdings distributed more Kodak Alaris supplied Kodak branded photo products (including film, chemicals and colour paper) than any other distributor in the world. The fact that Adox and Fotoimpex was unaware of them says a lot about how regional much of the photographic business still is.
On the Sino Promise website, they have a products tab which lists each product line they distribute. If you click on the Kodak Alaris link in that list, you get this graphic and wording, which has clearly been either created by Kodak Alaris or developed with them:Are you sure about film?

There will be an SDS soon. Xtol as per the latest known MSDS is NOT free of carcinogenic substances as it still contains the allowed threshhold of 5% in borates (Sodium tetraborate, pentahydrate). It is one of our claims for XT-3 to have eliminated this component. XT-3 is thus "greener" than Xtol.

Has anyone developed a roll yet with ADOX XT-3? Any reviews yet?
I have developed dozens of rolls of several different film types with this new ADOX developer, and analyzed all the results in the most detailed way.
And I have shared my test results already here in this thread, please have a look at page 4, post No 83:

Are there any tests planned to see if XT-3 can be replenished in the same way as Xtol, and also if old replenished Xtol can be further replenished with XT-3 ?
Such tests would be very appreciated.

@m00dawg I keep all my chemicals in the shed outside: liquid concentrates, powder, working solution, C41, B&W, everything. In the winter the temperature stays between 45-55F, in the summer it's 60-75F. Never had any problems with my Xtol replenisher, and XT-3 is supposed to be pretty close.
