You should consider 20k users hitting your store a success, not a fiasco! (I'm serious here, I'm not being sarcastic)
You also have all my sympathy for what happened today - I know very well the pain, and how difficult it is to recover from such a situation when under pressure and with your main server down. I hope for the server to be restored soon, and ca't wait to spend my coupon

Well, I just ordered 5 rolls of P30 - and got an email afterwards thanking for the order - so I guess it is working, at least for a kickstarter backer who is sticking with the original deal and got a coupon code for a heavy discount.

From the US.

'Tis working now. A tip for those that are ordering: you need to go to your account, add billing info, then complete the checkout process. Otherwise, you don't have any payment methods to select from.

On one of the pages, the second last one I think, you fill-in billing address, and a very skinny thin line right above that has your credit card information. I missed this at first and it wouldn't let me off of the page, but then noticed it. You have to put that little 3 digit code from the back of your credit card - the CVC code and everything was good.

Ta!
So did I from the UK after swearing at the Americanisms.

There was no option other than "Credit Card" which I never had, so I enter my Debit Card that most UK customers have.
No option for PayPal or Bank transfer, etc.

8.50€ per roll...so when Dave said it wouldn't have been the cheapest on the market or the most expensive, what black and white film was he refering to as as "the most expensive"?
How much will the chromes be? 30€??. I guess I'll have to stick to fuji and wait for Kodak Ektachrome

The price is what I expected. Less actually. I doubled my order.
I gave up smoking to buy more film, but to be able to buy p30 I should give up eating as well...I'm poor. I'll have to buy the economic fuji acros for just 7.50€ (which I thought it was one of the mostexpensive)

Perhaps this one: https://www.macodirect.de/en/rarities/5526/jch-street-pan-400-35mm-36-exposures?c=617

Ferrania P30 is right up the top prices without the discount.
But, it is a testing film.
I hope the production price comes down.
The delivery costs were about what I was expecting and lower than some other EU shops like the new Foma shop which has a Euro25 delivery charge.

those are "hand made" from bulk rolls. very specific films. The price will come down, I am sure of that.

EU user here,
I was able to place my order on my Android phone. The card fields were not very intuitive but everything worked flawlessly, including that it saved my address while I went back and fiddled with the quantity.
My god is it expensive though, and the discount does not even cover the shipping...
Other than that, i can hardly wait to experiment the new-old film
And one more thing, order #906xx... impressing (or they did not start at #1)

Mamma mia! The hostility in this thread is truly mind-boggling. Is it really necessary to chase a member of your own team away for expressing a legitimate concern?
don't worry, one single "antani" is always enough to silence anyone

It's limited to 5 films per person. I can understand that, but now with the shipping costs (within EU) this comes to over €11 per film.
So I hesitated, but decided not to order and will wait for another opportunity. It seems they'll get enough preorders for now and I'm in no hurry to try it. I'll go for the next badge.

Sorry you are so poor. I bought 5 rolls for $5 each. Happily, my budget is large enough to be able to afford this price without the need to stop eating or whine on the internet.

EU prices are around $6.66 (with discount)
Not including the difference in purchasing power between US of A an Italy or other EU (and even non-EU) countries.
