You might need to have your red dot realigned! There must be a special Hasselblad jig for that.

That is a common mistake when one turns cocks the lens by hand. Very frustrating.
still like to find out how it's done exactly!
One has to slowly turn in until it clicks into place. Sometimes it does not lock in and has to but continue to be turned until it solidly clicks.
thanks; that seems indeed to be the case. Mine always flicked back to the starting position and I was too scared to force it.
