It was suggested to me to start a new thread for Round-2 of the Group Print Exchange.

Please post anything related to round 2 here:

(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

Sean has made it a "Sticky".

Finally!!

My prints will be posted tomorrow! Sorry for the delay! Thanks to Jim, Daniel and Mike for their patience! My boss just does not understand my need for time in the darkroom.

Cheers,
Geary

Print Exchange

This is an interesting idea. Along the same lines, is anyone interested in using the same principal to exhibit prints (along common themes) in say Phoenix, AZ and Santa Monica CA.? I propose an exhibit gallery only and gallery patrons could contact individual photographers directly for sales. Exhibits rotating off the walls could be archived under each photographer's name. The galleries would handle matting and framing (unless supplied) and operate off a mutually agreed upon commission. 5 photographers, ten exhibit prints each, two galleries. Anyone interested? email: 13234408259@cox.net

If there is enough interest I would like to start a small "Group" Print Exchange for members that would like to participate.

About every other month or so each member would send one print to all other members. So if five people join you would be sending out four prints.

I wanted to see if there is enough interest before hammering out the details.

Thanks!

Barrieb here , I am new to APUG and am interested in the Print Exchange.
I would like to know more please.

Check out the following thread: (there was a url link here which no longer exists)

We are now in the third round. BTW, you shouldn't post your email address, unless you like getting a lot of SPAM - there are always spam bots searching for valid addresses on the web. Best is to ask someone to PM you.
