I used the standard concentrate which tells for example "for 1000ml".
Time was 12 minutes at 35 degrees C.

Isn't Atomal 49 made with CD-1? Shouldn't it already activate the couplers? (BTW A49 is my favorite BW dev, nice and fuzzy!)

I used stock solution Atomal 49 @38c for 12 mins, then another test for 10 mins.
The Pink cast, yet the colours are closer. At least they are transparencies. I see after the first dev the image shows on both sides of the film under lights but not in front of lights. This is Fuji sensia. The next film I get is velvia, see how that works out.
2nd pic is 12 mins dev, 10 mins dev gave more density but a heavier cast.

We would be helpful to see a scan complete with perforation of the film.
From the pictures can not pull a firm conclusion.
You have a black open and white is purple?
To increase the black decreases the temperature or time in the first developer.
Purple dominant may come from contamination after color development?
You carry a amount of color developer in the next phase?
If we do not have a color scale speak talks.
Once you reach a good result you make and photos.
If you change the film to the next test what conclusion you can have?

I do not have a film slide scanner, because I want one, they are becoming expensive. Sods law!
I am glad you the Black is open, it has pink/purple in it. I tied a reduced time in the first dev but it made the situation worse. I am not sure of the cause.
I wash the film after every step, maybe not enough.
I do not have a colour chart to use in the photos for reference, I will look for a cheap one.
I hope soon I will get a good result, I try very hard.
I realise changing film is bad, it causes be pain, but I have a limited supply of slide film.
I have bought 6 x 36 exposure Velvia 50, I can stay with the same film for a longer time.
I keep trying till I get it right.

If you do not write to each test the time and temperature I can not guess what you did.
Logic says that shorter time in first developer give more dense film.
From you say that came out worse I do not understand.
The first investment you should do when you start doing tests is a pen and a notebook.
Scale color here and find out on matte paper - that's it.
When I make tests I was doing manually in dose and did so:
Insert the test of about 3 frames (clin exposure).
Insert the film in the first developer.
After 1.5 minutes (or as you want) put on a spiral identical exposure test.
That way you get with a single processing two different samples.
I could have a sample 7 minutes and one at 5.5 minutes.
If you do not have a scanner, put the film on a monitor or another source of diffused light and make photos in digital.

Concerning US 4366234, Wheatcroft et al.

You don't have to cook cour own Hydroquinonemonosulfonate. Try an alternative FD, maybe that ZoneV FD

Tab water 750ml
Calgon 2g
Sodium-Sulfite 1g
Metol 2,5g
Sodium-Sulfite 21g
Potash 14g
Sodiumbicarbornate 12g
Hydroquinone 6g
Phenidon A 0,5g (solve in 15 ml warm Glycol)
Potassiumthiocyanate 1g
KBR 2g
Potassium-Jodide 10mg
NaOH Sol. 10%ig 20ml
Benzoetriazole 100mg

Fill up to 1000ml pH 9,65 at 25°C

Process regime is done with normal times and temperatures, workes quite well but not perfect. Quite a time ago I mixed up various (E6) FirstDevelopers and this one is not the worst...

In connection with Mogsby tests reminds me of an old incident.
36 years ago when I joined cinematography a colleague with my ages now told me:
A chief of Buftea studio brought the child to teach the boys from photo "make nice pictures" as he said.
Took a photographer and began to initiate him in the photo.
The day comes the chief and speak with photographer.
Well I brought my son to learn to make beautiful pictures and we'll put you to sweep and wash tanks?
All operations of a laboratory have to do correctly.
It seems that there are people who have not started the photo below.

I have been taking notes, I only put the first Dev times because I think the whole process is first developer dependant. I have seen lots of examples on the internet using C41 and ECN2. That all have issue with the 1st Dev not being close to the proprietary E6 Dev. I just got a bundle of slide film for cheap, so I have lots of film to practice with. Most of the slide film is out of date, but ok for what I am doing. In the bundle was a couple of 120 technical pan rolls, never seen that film before! It's 1990 date so probably destined for the bin.

stefan4u personally I think the ZoneFD has the better blue/yellow colour balance out of the lot but the green/magenta colour balance needs to be shifted towards magenta.

That ZoneV FD is not that bad, that’s right! But as you remarked, there is a slight green/magenta color crossover. You can take minor influence by the dose of the Benzoetriazole, but can’t get rid of it completely.

But I think this one may works a lot better than atomal/rodinal/etc. That’s why I posted that…
The scan quality is quite awful by the way, the HQMS Homebrews are just fine…

I have a scanner coming in the post, also I have some chemicals on the way. In the meantime I am building a stock of slide film so I can do lots of tests and get it right.
