Dignan 2-bath color negative process, modification 1

Hi, I tried this process on some Kodak Vision3 250D (Kodak 5207) with remjet removed. The negative came out looking very red but scans okay and the colors are pretty usable but a bit unrealistic.

Well, after digital correction, that doesn't look too bad, @Corn_Zhou ! The negative strip looks severely overdeveloped to me. Your photos do demonstrate how much can be salvaged in the scanning and digital correction process, even if the negatives are 'a little' weird.

These scans look very good. But the mask... it's really interesting

This on Kodak Vision 250D 5207 with the scanner set to auto, some cropping, sharpening, spotting.


It seems to be best to just give gentle agitation in the B bath to avoid uneven-ness.
