I managed to take my two allotted shots. I've contacted our next victim, Steve, to double-check that he is ready to receive. If all is well, camera 8.2 will be on the move again soon.

It just so happens that the post office was open somewhere between 1 and 2 PM today. Not only did this coincide with me being there, I also happened to carry with me a package containing camera 8.2. Labelled with Steve's address, even!

To make a long story short: camera 8.2 is on its way to the Isle of Wight.

My Canon FD system is going up for sale soon. If any of you want a 24/2, 50/1.4, 50/1.8, 85/1.8 or 135/2.5, let me know in the next week or so. After that, I'll put it in the classified here and LFF for a week before putting any stragglers up on Ebay. I'm moving to Nikon glass so I can use the same vintage lenses between film and digital (eventually) on the rare occcasions I shoot 35mm.
