FrankB said:Off the top of my head (a sparse environment at the best of times) I can think of:
- The Ribblehead Viaduct (car parking, a whopping great viaduct and a pub)
- Aysgarth Falls (car parking a bit up the (steep) road, a picnic area and a good falls, a pub near the car park, falls might be a bit busy...)
- Cauldron / West Burton Falls (limited car parking, a good falls, pubs nearby, might be a bit fiddly for some to find as the signs peter out once you get to the village)
- The Green Dragon (the lazy man's "I'm out of bed and dressed, what more do you want?!" choice, car parking around and about Hardraw village, spout-type falls at the bottom of the garden, it is a pub!)
Other suggestions most welcome!
Better bring a big red flashgun then; because if the weather is like last year!!!Rob Archer said:I'll see you on the Friday evening! I've had 10 rolls of SFX in the fridge for months ready for this!

I can assure you that there is insufficient cheesecake to go around.BarryWilkinson said:I did not know we had to fight for the cheesecake! Perhaps I should bring the Wife?

RobRob Archer said:Just how good is this cheesecake? - maybe someone would consider swapping a piece (a largish one!) for a roll of SFX or a Gold-plated Leica M7, or something similar......?
