Already i bought a nice icon tripod, and im looking for a logical price for a shatter realise, and of course the glass holder
The number behind the / indicates the size, i.e.: 3 = 6x9, 7=9x12, 9=10x15 and 11=13x18 - the numbers 6 and 12 and 13 I don't know.well
if you see down at the page there are codes 728\3... 728 \6 737\12.... 737\13.
Are all that 4 codes proper for my 9x12?
Ofcaurse we are talking about the original ones !
Can you understand which code is for my camera?
I hope the link is ok unless i will try again

I know this photo ,the price is as if you are buying the camera too....
It is secure for sure 726/7 and 728/7 but more semldom.
I just ordered oneikon 667/7 film pack holder and as i i ha the 250/7 i hope to be lucky!
In programm to find a glass holder at least between 665/7 and 667/7 because i have seen photos with that clipped back!
I hope not because it is on way...
As i have mentioned i saw picture with 250/7 wearing back this film pack.667/7.
Anyway difficult to find 9x12 film and even if i order glass plates nobody can make it picture for me around here.
For starters just i want some suitable assesories
At ebay de , there is no 726/7 or 728/7, and nowhere at this time in good condition and price.
Only some filmpack cassette like that I have ordered and I hope it will fit.
One filmpack cassette and one glass plate holder are just for fun.
I didn't know that it was possible to find 9x12 film so I have to thank you for FOMAPAN.
Do you know which holder's code number can use FOMAPAN? Because I think Ikon was giving an adaptor (like your photo726/7 to make it suitable for film use.
So maybe you mean 726/7 with the seat inside...
Thank you
Does anybody know if shutter release from more recent models like prontor or some others I have seen with a red button, are suitable for old Ikon models?
I've done a bit of that for the OP, who would have been out of time for making a thread title editPlease change the title of this thread to a more specific title so other readers in future can more easily find answers to your questions: for instance : Which plateholder for a Zeis Ikon Ideal 9x12
1. Please start a new thread for this question since it is a different question than the current thread about plateholders for your ideal camera (and then please describe what you mean with "shutter release")
2. Please change the title of this thread to a more specific title so other readers in future can more easily find answers to your questions: for instance : Which plateholder for a Zeis Ikon Ideal 9x12
The 225 and 246 series for 9x12 format take the 726/6 plateholders (728/6 for filmpacks)
I don't know whether the 250 serie takes the same format plateholders as the early series, but to go safe I would opt for the 726/7 holders.
I have an Ica 225 and a Zeiss 250/7, and a dozen plate holders (don't recall offhand if they even have Zeiss or Ica number on them) that all fit both cameras, as does the one ground glass panel I have with glass in it. As far as I've been able to tell, the mounts on the cameras are dimensionally and operationally identical.
