Less time in a Jobo processor did not work for me with any Ilford film. I add one minute to the 20°C [68°F] time and that works. Some people may have to make a bigger adjustment depending on rotation rate.
I have never run into the problem of the paper bunching up. That is a CLA problem.
One cannot complain about the paper running crooked when they know that they dropped the insert and it is out of kilter. A repair problem, not normal operation.
Not as good as the products from Kodak, Fuji, and in the past Agfa. Without the orange background, correct color reproduction cannot be completely done. This has been known for decades, they are blowing smoke up your noses.
I only use film that actually acts like film, not a one trick pony that only works for scanning. Also I have very little use for ISO 100 film, I use ISO 400 film primarily.
I cannot remember who made replacement latches for the Nikon F100 and then the Nikon N80. Do a search on the Photrio website and see if they can make latch replacements that will work for you.
They lost a big law suit to Polaroid. The courts buried them. Although originally Kodak turned down Land's request to do the manufacturing for his product.
Backs need a CLA if the film spacing is off such as being too close together or too far apart, or the spacing increasing between frames as the film is used. As the backs need a CLA if number does not reset correctly when a roll of film is removed. I have had both occur.
