I use the Chromega color head with the strongest magenta and then the strongest yellow filters. The order does not matter, however there are usually larger areas of variation in magenta then yellow unless I have a large sky area.
Now that HIE has not been available for years, I exclusively use Rollei IR 400 shot at box speed with Red23, Red25, or 720 filters. I will use Konica IR film when available.

I have found that the Peak Grain Focusers are brighter, sharp and easy to use anywhere under the photographic image. Skip the wannabees and go right to buying the Peak Grain Focuser of your preference.
The adopted standard for 35mm film is 24x36 other sizes were were tried and were not selected. I would have liked to see the flexibility 24x24, 24x26, 24x28, 24x30, 24x32, and 24x34 or even narrower or wider, but I do not see that happening. What we have is half frame, WideLux and Xpan sizes.
