I too strongly recommend the Gossen Lunapro SBC is a good "low cost" and accurate light meter. It can be found on ebay for ~$50 or so and it takes 9v batteries and has spot meter attachments available.
I was at the Los Angeles Union Station* in the early 1970's and an old man was there with his grandson at the ticket counter. The old man asked the ticket clerk, "When is the last train to Chicago?"

Why limit yourself to Fuji cameras. There are great cameras made by Nikon and Canon that will meet and exceed your present and future needs. No Hasselblad cameras were damaged or destroyed in the making of this post.
That avoids the hose problems that are the suspected print washer leading problem. Based on my experience with the slip on connections, I would buy these print washers regardless of costs, if I was in the market for print washers.
