Yes, you can, as you can use any other Hasselblad film back. The A24 back was designed for 220 film rolls, but some have used it for 120 film rolls, however than can cause the loss of one film frame.
For years I bulk loaded 35mm film, mostly Ektachrome which I used for long trips to Europe. At the time it was cost effective as long as the photo finishers would return the cartridges. For black & white film, I used it for mostly for 36 exposure rolls but I liked the flexibility of loading...
One of the gratifying things about participating in Photrio is to see problems being solved for people who need help and advice. So that thanks also goes to you for providing feedback.
The light leaks may come from the exposed roll not being rolled tightly enough or light piping in from the edges. To avoid that problem I recommend using black plastic film holders. Also put masking tape or painters tape on the holder to be used to seal the exposed roll more securely than with...
The most expensive part of setting up a darkroom is not the equipment but having the space to use as a darkroom. Choose the maximum size format you expect to use for the next few years. In your case 35mm or medium format. Then look in all the usual places on the internet and various forms of...
Once the negative has been developed there are two main ways to handle it:
Tone the negatives in selenium. Sometimes this works well, but if the negative is too thing there is not enough image to work with.
Print in a method to bring out the contrast. Using split grade printing can help...
Welcome to Photrio. No, do not need to join Anonymous Old Camera Buyers however if you want to avoid such buying you have come to the wrong place. We enable buying and collecting cameras.
Follow the XTOL directions. Many rolls can be developed from a 5 liter XTOL package. Even more can be developed in the replenished XTOL. XTOL is one of the least expensive developers per roll.
I found that XTOL or its equivalents are very fine grain developers, are very forgiving and provide a small speed boost [READ: slightly more shadow detail] than other developers. I have used it as stock XTOL and replenished XTOL which has better tonality and even finer grain plus being more...
I too do not like ball heads. I had to try several 3 way heads until I found one that worked the way I wanted it to. That is a matter of taste. What is not a matter of tastes is that whether one use a 3 way head or a ball mount, the tripod must be leveled first to have the chosen head work...
I am in a drought prone areas and am careful about my water usage. For washing prints, when I use trays I had the water running but at a very low rate. That resulted in properly washed prints with minimal water flow. Now a use a print washer for 14"x16" [~40x46] prints with a very low water...
If the film needs more fixing, then the sooner it is done the better. As @koraks pointed out, no special handling is needed, just put it in the fixer, wash and hand to dry.
Taking only 12 months to design and produce a color negative film is quite and accomplishment. I hope that the time between improved iterations is short and we will see their color negative products evolve quickly.
Polarizing filters will remove specular reflections, glints and reflections. They are useful for darkening the sky, but when on wide angle or very wide angles lenses the sky darkness will vary by sun angle and the effect can be completely missing in part of the sky.

Using the light meter built in to the camera would give me dark silhouette against the snow with great snow contours, but not a good print or a slide most of the time. Then I learned two ways that I measure the light in the snow to get good exposures. The first I learned was to take a light...
I have found that sometimes film is still not completely dry after twenty to thirty minutes and I have taken to let the film dry overnight, In my setup, the film does not collect dust overnight hanging in the shower. YMMV
It is not that FX-55 lost film speed, rather that XTOL provides a small ISO boost. And I prefer the cropped composition. Cropping is not a failure, but a different approach. I prefer to crop before I photograph and even after many decades of doing that, I still find that I have some...
I tried the glass marbles and yes they took up the empty space. However as the volume of chemical decreased the weight of the chemical, bottle and marbles increased to the point that handling the bottle became difficult. That was when I switched to the StopLossBags™ I mentioned and strongly...
This would be a good idea, especially since many of the subscribers are not in the US. If I were elsewhere, I too would find that I could only determine if the item could be shipped to me required opening every single add, it would find it tiresome.
A similar label for "EU Only" or...
I have a leather holster and a black cloth holster for my Pentax Digital Spot Meter and when in either of the holsters it has been mistaken for a gun. That has happened often enough that I keep it in my camera bag until I need it.
