Zeiss Ikon Miroflex Repair

Hello! I recently got a Zeiss Ikon Miroflex and will go through the repair process here, since I can't find much info on the internet about these.

Here she is, fresh out of the box. Current known issues:
-no ground glass for focusing
-sticky mirror
-shutter is pretty much destroyed

Hi, I know it's a little way on in time, but I wondered how you'd got on with this? I purchased one recently that is in good condition, but definitely not working condition.
