Got a bunch of stuff off CL, had an MG1, a Yashica G, a Petri 17 half frame (not a RF but looks like one at first glance), Vivitar 35CA and a Kodak 35 with RF.

The Yashicas have film in them for testing now, the rest will be getting new seals and test rolls when I get back to California.

I get more "keepers" out of my XA than all my other cameras put together ...

Just bought myself an early chtistmas present and XA and a Fuji GA645. I have a roll of Portra 800 in the Fuji right now.

XA, I will hunt one.

I just bought one here - really looking forward to having one again after about 10 years. It also spurred me into getting hold of a Rollei 35S again as well :D

Early Christmas present from my wife. Leica CL. Rated EX condition, looks EX+++ (not a single blemish on it). Now for the lens to arrive in the mail and I will be off shooting.

New Retina Fan

My "new" Retina IIc arrived last Friday from my favorite on-line camera store. First roll shows excellent results; I am impressed. Don't know what got me on this Retina jag, but I really like the features of this basic, compact camera. No frills, but has everything needed to produce great pictures. The fold-up features the ability to slip it in my Levis pocket. Don't worry, I'm careful not to sit on my iPhone 6+ either!

I am most impressed with the build quality and craftsmanship of this Retina. Understanding that the entire line of Retina cameras over the years was never intended to compete with the "top line" manufacturers, Retinas were sold as the "everyman camera." A Ford in every garage and a Retina in every glovebox!

Still, my Retina is solid as a rock; a precision piece of engineering and construction.

Let's see how it works out . . . .

Speed Gray, K8SG

An EXA 35mm with the waist level viewer.
Absolutely the most beautiful 35mm camera EVER.

This one is really pretty and everything seems to work perfectly. I can't wait to fill it with film and take it out.

First RF purchase was 2 weeks ago, a mint Canonet QL17 GIII for $20. A few days ago I got a brand new Zeiss Ikon (black) with 50mm f/2 Planar. I love this camera! Now I just need to get a 35mm f/2 Biogon.

Rub on white numbers to add a focusing scale to my Speed Graphic for a 210mm lens.

I've got both of those ZM lenses (and the 25) but I'm using them digitally on an M240. I highly recommend them though! I'd love to try them on film but I'm only shooting 120 these days. I just can't be bothered to shoot anything but my Mamiya 7II, even my poor Hasselblad is just sitting on the shelf.

Argus C3
Minolta 7s
Voigtlander Vitomatic

An Argus C3 for $5. I rebuilt the clockwork shutter speed mechanism and now it is halfway through a roll of Kentmere 100.
