Looking for inspirating in Beginnings. Oh my, hasn't water gone under the bridge since these posts back in 2004! Flotsam was still with us and larger than life Aggie was around and "we" (Apuggers and I) were building my first darkroom.

Wow.. Yes, I just realized now. I have to tell you, Nicole, that there was something weird.. I started reading the thread because I was wondering how could you manage not to have a darkroom, and doing the work you do

Now THAT makes sense!

I always think it is interesting how a thread can lay dormant for so long, then suddenly come to life again like seeds in the ground that germinate when a wildfire passes over. How is that for stretching a metaphor to the breaking point?

Anyway, I will have the opportunity to build a new darkroom this year, so the title caught my attention.

What size is teh room?

It's 2.6m x 1.9m. The sink is in a corner.

That's enough. As a kid I loaded film in the tank inside a bedroom closet.

No space, down to a changing bag, is too small.
